Food and Drink
Healthy Snack
We provide all children with a healthy snack twice each day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Children are also offered milk and water throughout the day to encourage healthy hydration.
To help cover the cost of providing fresh, nutritious snacks throughout the year, we ask for a voluntary contribution of £10 per half term (£60 per academic year). We greatly appreciate the support of our families, as these contributions help us continue to offer a varied and healthy snack provision for all children.
All snacks are carefully selected to promote healthy eating and wellbeing. We work closely with families to ensure individual dietary requirements are met and allergens are avoided wherever possible.
Allergy Awareness and Food Safety
The safety and wellbeing of our children is our highest priority.
All school staff have completed Anaphylaxis and Allergy Awareness Training.
Our designated Allergy Lead is Karen Littler.
All staff have successfully completed Level 2 Food Hygiene Training.
After School Club Menu
At our Afterschool Club, children are offered a simple, nutritious menu designed to support healthy eating and wellbeing. We carefully select our food options to provide a balanced snack that children enjoy after a busy day at school.
We work closely with families to ensure individual dietary requirements are met and allergens are managed appropriately, helping to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
Our menu is reviewed regularly and may vary throughout the term to offer children a range of healthy and appealing choices
